Sinister Dane emerged out of the 90s punk-funk scene. After an incendiary set at CBGBs, Living Colour invited the band to open on their ‘Biscuits’ tour. SD later signed with Columbia Records, released their debut album in 1994, and ignited crowds opening for the likes of Public Enemy, No Doubt, 24-7 Spyz, and 311.
